The campsite is idyllically located by the lake Frilsjøen in Meldal. We have 6 cabins in different sizes and price ranges.
Space for rv's, caravans and tents.
Ideal starting point for hunting, fishing and berry trips or rent a boat or canoe.
Great beach right by the campsite, popular place for ice fishing.
Nice hiking terrain in the summer and winter.
The campsite and cabins can be used all year around on request. During the summer holidays, you can find a free place at the campsite. Owner charges fee in the afternoon / evening.
Lakseelva Orkla is located 8 km from the campsite and has excellent fishing opportunities. Fishing licenses are sold at Elveguiden
About us
We, Kjelfrid and Andreas, own and operate the campsite. After a lot of groundwork, facilitation and construction, we were able to open for the first guests in 1994. By then, the first cabin was also finished.
Only the two of us work at the campsite, and we want to provide personal service to all our guests.

Our opening hours
The cabins are rented out all year round by appointment. Caravan, motorhome, tent: In the summer season (June, July and August) you just have to find a place. Otherwise in the year by appointment.
